Bab 17: Chapter 017- Long yin
Though Ling yun's soul has high defence, it has no offensive skill at all. If the dragon god soul competed with him from outside of his soul, Ling yun would have been at a loss.
But since it directly came inside his mindscape, it could do nothing but submit to him.
After the dragon god soul totally submitted, Ling yun got a new skill called 'Dragon soul Domain'.
In the original story, yun che used this skill to fight with many higher level cultivators than him. Compared to yun che, Ling yun's soul is many level higher.
So, the 'Dragon Soul Domain' will naturally be more powerfull as well. If Ling yun releases this skill with full power, even the strongest cultivator in god realm would lose his or her fighting spirit.
Though for now, his body isn't strong enough to bear the burden of releasing the full power of his soul.

Seeing that the soul left behind by dragon god has been defeated, the azure dragon decided to become his familiar as promised.
"I accept to become your familiar but I hope that you can promise me one thing." The azure dragon totally let go of his arrogance as he asked Ling yun in a humble tone.
"What is it?" Ling yun asked even though he already has a hunch of what the azure dragon was going to ask of him.
"My daughter has been trapped in 'Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword'. If you ever manage to find it, I hope you will free her from it."
"I promise you." Ling yun didn't hesitate to promise as he already knows about the the azure dragon's daughter, shen xi. Not to mention, she is already on his harem list.

As Ling yun finished marking the azure dragon's soul and made him his familiar, Ling yun noticed his cultivation rising again.
It rose up to 1st level of Tyrant profound realm before stopping. On the other hand, the azure dragon's cultivation dropped to 1st level of Tyrant profound realm.
"So what should I call you?" Ling yun asked as he doesn't know his name yet.
"You can call me Long yin."
"Ok. Now then, give me all of your bloods that are left."
"Yes, master." Long yin said as he handed over all the remaining dragon blood to Ling yun. Long yin gave the bone marrow to him as well.
Ling yun took them as he directly drank all the dragon bloods to refine. As for the bone marrow, he doesn't plan to use it for himself.
Ling yun can get all the advantages that the dragon god have just by refining it's blood because of the unique technique that he got from the angel. So, there is no need to waste the bone marrow on him.
During the process of refining, all of his body parts slowly started to change. Though Ling yun felt tremendous amount of pain during those changes, he somehow managed to endure it.
After several hours of torture, the refining process finally ended.
After the refining process finished, his body became more handsome and perfect than before. Even Xia qingyue blushed seeing his naked upper body. As for his hair and eyes, it changed to azure black.
His cultivation also increased to 2nd level of tyrant profound realm.

Ling yun decided to go back to Heavenly sword villa as it has been long time. On the way, he gave his new blood to Xia qingyue. He was shocked to discover that she has no limit to how much blood she can refine.
It's as if like she is a bottomless pit. Though the time needed for refining a drop blood increases each time, it was really a miracle that her body can handle that much foreign power and make it her own.
For now, she is in 8th level of earth profound realm and it wouldn't take much long for her to catch up to him.

Ling yun is now sitting in his own room listening to the report given by Ling wan. After he finished speaking, Ling yun said, "You did good. Now choose 100 people with best talents and give them the 'Heavenly Foundation Art'. They will be the pillars of my kingdom in the future."
"Also, take this bottle." Ling yun gave him his 10 drops of blood as he explained the uses and benefits of it. Before practising the 'Heavenly Foundation Art', Ling wan couldn't have taken more than 2-3 drops of his blood. But now, he can safely refine 8-10 drops of Ling yun's blood.
Not only that, he can also increase his blood refining capacity more by increasing his foundation by using that technique.
*I should take some measures so that the people given the technique wouldn't spread it outside.*
"Thank you, master for this kind reward." Ling wan was overjoyed thinking of how his future accomplishments will be after refining the blood.
"Do your works well, you will get more beneficial rewards in the future."
"Also, gather the 100 people that I mentioned earlier in my courtyard in the afternoon. I will give them the 'Heavenly Foundation Art' myself after checking their loyalty." Ling yun said after thinking a while.

"Now on to the next topic, how is our infiltration of the royal palace going?" Ling yun asked.
"We have already managed to infiltrate all parts of the palace. Except for the royal chamber of his majesty, everything else is in our eyes." Ling wan answered.
"Good. Now we can start our next plan. Use our spies close to the royal princes to instigate a war between them. Also, collect all the information you can find about the involvement of the 'Burning heaven clan' and 'Xiao sect' in the inner matters of the royal palace. This will be helpful in future while dealing with their sects." A smirk formed in Ling yun's mouth as he imagined the look on their faces when they will realize that they were in someone else's chessboard from the very start.
"Hahaha...Your plan is as meticulous as always, master. I will observe the situation myself so that no problem arises."
"I am assured then. Now, is there any progress from the scientists?" Ling yun asked. He was really concerned about the communication device that he asked them to make. If they really manage to do it, that will make Ling yun's conquest of the world many times easier.
"Not yet. But from their words, in a few years of time they should be able to make a communication device which will allow even a non-cultivator to communicate with each other."
"That's good, really good. If they want more budget, give it to them. But I want their research to be successful as soon as possible." Ling yun said.
"Before you leave, give me a report about the progress of yun che, xiao lingxi and xia yuanba." Ling yun added.
"Xia yuanba has been doing well. Though he hasn't been able to awaken his profound veins yet, but he should be able to awaken it in 2-3 years of time and gain tyrant profound realm."
"As for xiao lingxi, she is average in talent. But with sheer hard work and willpower, she managed to reach 3rd level of nascent profound realm which is quite rare considering her age. As for her maid training, she has already finished it. Should I send her to serve you, young master?"
"No, tell her to focus on her cultivation training for now. I will let her serve me when she turns 15. Also, take this two extra bottles and give it to lingxi and yuanba." Ling yun stated as he filled up two more bottles with his blood.

"That kid also helped out the scientists a lot as well which is one of the main reason for their rapid success."
