Zadkiel thought a lot about the responsibility that lay on his shoulders to provide justice to his pack for about a month. He kept thinking about Irvin’s offer and he could see that it was the only way he could provide justice to his pack without killing anyone but what the ancestors of the Rabid Shadows pack did, had nothing to do with the people now living here so it was straight up cruel to just kick them out of their homes.
He sighed resting his head on the dining table. He just had his breakfast. Irvin was in the headquarters to deal with missing pack cases, which have been escalated recently and he was very worried about it. No one had any idea what was going on.
His mother saw him sitting alone at the table, looking exhausted at the start of the day and sat across him.
“What’s on your mind?” She spoke which brought Zadkiel out of his thoughts as he sat up.
