Mayor Shen was in a very bad mood because of Lin Shan's nonsense. Now with Shu Xian's greedy and straightforward demand for benefits, his expression darkened.

Mayor Shen remembered that Shu Xian had received the government order through Lin Shan's introduction. He said in a harsh and official tone, "The government has arranged for that piece of land to be used by outstanding enterprises. It can only be allocated after a bidding process and vetting the qualifications of the enterprises."

"We have no right to privately promise it to anyone. Mr. Shu Xian, please apply for this piece of land through proper channels."

Shu Xian frowned. Was producing the protective apparatus not enough to give him the right to the land? He stared at Mayor Shen unhappily.
