Bab 96: Awards Ceremony

Mayor Shen had already arrived at the entrance of the kindergarten in a Mercedes-Benz car. When he heard Shao An's notice, he paced around anxiously.

"Why the sudden cancellation?"

"All the guests invited by the kindergarten are already here. It won't be good if we cancel now…"

He tried to find a way to mediate the situation, but there was no reply. He looked down at his phone screen.

Beep beep beep—

The call lasted for only two seconds. Shao An did not even wait for his reply before hanging up.

Mayor Shen scratched his head in frustration. Just as he was thinking about how he should explain things to the guests, he looked up and saw a familiar figure.

Mr. Jin Yang?!

Mayor Shen ran over happily and bowed respectfully. "Didn't you say you were returning to the capital? Why are you here now?"
