A glimmer of determination replaced the excitement in Ashton's eyes and he continued to watch Kevin and Axel fight with clenched fists.

If he could really become a Priest, then that meant he too was qualified to go fight the Titans alongside his man and alongside his King as he had always wanted, so he certainly wasn't going to pass up the chance to prove his worth.

Iris smiled in satisfaction at Ashton's reaction and Julian, who had been following their conversation, was then distracted when he saw Kevin throw his two whirlwinds to counter those of the King.
