Bab 359: What Ifs

The two wandered around as if nothing could disturb them, asking each other questions that they now found time to ask.

Some of it was more hypothetical than realistic.

"Hmm.. Either is good. No matter what, as long as you are their mother then I will love them." His eyes shined as he said these words.

He didn't shy away from this topic.

In fact, he was looking forward to it.

To have children of their own together.

"But what if I can't have babies?"

Sun Xun raised a brow. "You? That seems rather impossible. With your knowledge in medicine and alchemy, I'm sure you can remedy that."

"Okay–then what if I don't want to have a child?"

Sun Xun stopped on the spot for a moment.

"I have not thought of that.You are so good with children that I immediately believed that you would be a great mother to our own children."

"Well what if I do want to be a mother but I don't want to give birth to a child myself?"
