Bab 356: Couple's Argument

"Oh?" Song Jia uttered, smiling up at him.

'If only I could be the only one to see this sweet smile.' Sun Xun pondered.

"Can I take him to you when you're available?" He asked.

Song Jia hummed in response.

Sun Xun rested his chin against her shoulder, wrapping his arm around her.

She felt him sigh heavily.

"Is something wrong?" Her fingers laced through his hair, caressing it.

"Mm-hmm.." He denied.

Silence.

Song Jia wondered if his sigh was because of the ongoing trouble back in Dragon Kingdom.

"I want to see those things that give you trouble."

Sun Xun's eyes widened.

He pulled away quickly.

'No.. I shouldn't have said anything..' He scolded himself.

As much as he wanted to spend every waking moment with Song Jia, he also didn't want her to face those things that were even hard for him to eliminate.

"Why would you want to see those ugly things?" His face scrunched up.
