Song Jia's ears perked as she continued to listen to the old man's words discreetly.

From his words, she found out that he was talking about the young man in yellow robes, the one who perished with the others near the forest.

'It looks like he tricked the guy into looking for someone else. I wonder if it's the same person who killed them.'

"Elder.. Wouldn't the master be mad that you keep sending people his way?" The attendant said.

"What's to worry about? Master isn't unreasonable. Of course, it would depend on the other party too.." The elder rubbed his chin mischievously.

A while later, the steward arrived with the appraiser. They bowed in greeting and started their transaction.

"Here's the herbs and beast cores." Song Jia handed the cosmos sack to the appraiser.

Moments later, the appraiser confirmed that everything was authentic and of good quality.
