Bab 53: Envy
As Kenshin and Viola left the ship, the Donquixote family who were left behind immediately took action.
"Baby 5, Dellinger, and Sugar go jump on Buffalo's back!" Machvise shouted, he then grabbed Buffalo and threw him on the air sending them flying.
Monet then used her devil fruit power and froze the water making a straight pathway as Lao G, Senor Pink, Gladius and Giolla ran far away from the ship.
Lao G who was leading the group glanced back and saw Machvise jumped on the deck of the ship and used his ton-ton fruit to increase his weight sinking the ship along with him.
"Machvise!!!"
*BOOM!*
As the ship sunk, the ball that was compressed with spatial energy exploded below the sea creating huge waves, Monet gave her all just to freeze every wave that was coming their way saving the rest of the Donquixote family.
"D*mn it! D*mn it!" Lao G kept on cursing as he watched his friend sacrifice himself just to save them.
Buffalo who was carrying the kids hovered on top the group and they stared at the location where the ship sunk.
"Don't worry, Machvise. we will make sure that bastard will die a horrible death!" Lao G murmured as he paid his respect.
Royal Palace, Dressrosa
King Riku and the rest all stayed at the huge hall awaiting for Kenshin's return.
"Will that pirate be able to save my sister?" Scarlett the older sister of Viola asked her husband.
Holding his wife's hand, Kyros said trying to comfort her, "Don't worry, I fought that pirate earlier and I was easily defeated, I am sure that he is strong enough to rescue Viola."
"Mama, when will Aunt Viola return?" A little girl asked as she held a crown made of flowers.
Scarlett didn't how to reply as she was still trying to calm down from all the things that happened.
Hiyori who was near them approached the little girl and said, "Your Aunt Viola will be returning soon, the one who went to save her is my Fiancee and he is really really strong."
"Really?!" The little girl responded in excitement, she then tilted her head and asked, "Big sister, what is a Fiancee?"
Hiyor was about to explain but she was stopped when she heard a huge commotion at the front entrance.
"Princess Viola is back!" A royal guard shouted as he ran excitedly inside the hall to deliver the good news.
As soon as the guard shouted Kenshin along with Viola who was walking behind him entered the hall.
"Kenshin!" Hiyori ran towards Kenshin and gave him a big hug, she was worried about Kenshin using spatial rift because he hasn't mastered it yet and could only use spatial rift for short distance travel.
Kenshin was surprised to see Hiyori embracing him, he smiled warmly and held her waist and said, "I'm back."
Viola who was behind Kenshin saw Hiyori hugging him and felt jealous, she then evaded the two and went straight to her Father.
"Are you alright? do you have any injuries?" King Riku asked as he checked if there are any visible wounds on her daughter.
Viola shook her head and replied, "I'm fine, Father"
King Riku looked carefully at his daughter and sensed something wrong so he asked, "Is there something bothering you?"
Viola smiled wearily and replied, "I thought that I found the person I've been looking for but unfortunately he already belongs to someone else."
"Oh? hohoho" Hearing this, King Riku looked at Kenshin who was being hugged by Hiyori and laughed.
"Viola!" Scarlett who was worried sick earlier ran towards her sister and gave her a huge hug.
"I was really afraid when I heard that you were kidnapped by those evil pirates."
Viola patted her elder sister's back trying to comfort her by saying that she was all fine and wasn't hurt calming her sister a little bit.
"King Riku, by saving your daughter I think that you owe me one," Kenshin approached King Riku and said jokingly.
King Riku laughed, he then pointed towards Viola and said, "I really do owe you one, so how about I give my precious daughter to you?"
"Huh?" Kenshin looked at King Riku weirdly and glanced at Hiyori who's mouth was twitching as she forced out a smile, Viola who was near them blushed when she heard what her Father said to Kenshin.
