The first prince could not help but frown when he heard what the third prince said as he turned to look at him before giving a reply.

"The elders are not that stupid to pick him as the future king. It seems like you have forgotten that the prime elder's vote is on fourth brother so the chance of second brother getting a vote should be not more than five percent".

"But with the absence of the prime elder, I don't think fourth brother has any chance of winning which makes fifth brother the target since most of the elders like him" said the third prince with a smile.

The first prince let out a dry laugh as he chose to ignore the third prince and seeing that his first brother didn't want to say anything, the third prince didn't bother to ask him as they just continued with their walk to the second prince's chamber.
