Ai Jia is taking care of all the paperwork when Vito, Wen Liang and Emma are driving to the Man hospital. Vito is reviewing Grandmother Lin patient chart made by Wen Liang.

"Excuse Me, Professor Li. How can you manage to contact Professor Man to take my grandmother case on this short notice? I heard about his reputation only to take the hard and rare cases only. It is also hard to convince him to take the case firsthand and we have to do all his pre-requirement," Emma is stating all the facts about Vito as a neurosurgeon.

"I know that one. He is rather picky and delicate. Sis, how do you know about that? Your information indeed a spot on," Wen Liang is turning his body to face her.

"Every patient that got refused by him come to Professor Lim and told us the story. What will happen if he turns down the case when we already arrive in the hospital?" Emma is asking Wen Liang with worry about her grandmother condition.
