Bab 147: Dorothy: "Because you reminded him of someone"

Helena felt her body felt very heavy. It was difficult for her to be able to move her limbs.

"What is wrong with me?" Helena thought and was confused. She slowly opened her eyes.

Realizing that she was in the room, and Helena started to move her hands slowly. "Hmmm..." Helena muttered, trying to get up from her sleep at that time.

"Empress Helena," Dorothy called out in a loud voice, immediately approaching Helena with a feeling and worried face.

"Dorothy? Why are you here?" asked Helena, who managed to straighten herself up, with Dorothy already helping hold one of Helena's arms.

"Of course, I'm here because I have to look after you, Empress Helena. You've been unconscious for almost two days. Are you feeling better now?" Dorothy asked, she spoke quickly.

Making Helena was listening to it and had to digest slowly all the information she had just heard. "Wait a minute, I… was unconscious? For two days?" Helena asked again.
