The guards ran through the now empty floor of the 25th floor.
"Team we have a bug on this floor." One of the special guards said, but he was the captain of the special squad. "His last seen location is the 25th floor data servers. The general guards have blocked the area. Our task is to go in and neutralize him using any means necessary… even quirks."
The group of men shouted, "Yes, Sir!" Before they picked up their weapons ready to engage.
Though they all had one question in mind. Why would someone break in, and why the 25th floor, nothing significant were held there. Only day job office workers.

"System, any heads up would be nice." Toya said looking at the new pop up window.
[Quest Notice: The Hidden Secrets
Due to insignificant information, the Hero Association couldn't take down Yakuza. Find the hidden secret behind the inner workings of the Hero Public Safety Commission/Hero Association.
Quest Status: Almost finished. Please exit the building to receive the rewards.]
'Oi, this is a part of the mission.' The voice said. 'And I would recommend you to hurry, before the heroes arrive. Your so called number one hero will be on your ass in 10 minutes.'
'Easy for you to say…' Toya could see in his mini-map the hoard of people that were marked red, all outside waiting for him.
He expanded the Map function to get a detailed view of his adversaries.
Scratching his head he looked at the prowler drive in his hand. He stored it in his inventory just to be safe. He had no other options.
'This should work…' With that blue fire lit on his hand. 'And this is going to hurt.'

Suddenly the whole building shook from an explosion, looking at it the newly arrived heroes found it was in the 25th floor.
"So it's true that someone attacked the Hero Association. Someone must have large pair of balls to do that…" The raven-hero Rave said before laughing. He was one of the leading rookies that were going up the rankings of the hero rankings. "Crow, let's take the to the sky."
He said to his partner that had a quirk that made him look similar to a humanoid Crow, large and muscular in size. With having two wings behind his back.
The raven-hero Rave was of average hight. Unlike his partner, he had a medium build. Because his hero costume consisted of a cloak that covered his head to toe, it was hard to know how he looked. Even his head was covered by his black hoodie and a piece of cloth covering his lower part of his face. Only his raven-colored eyes were visible that reflected the moonlight.
The Hero named Crow grabbed him by the shoulder before taking off to the sky.
Another explosion occurred in the building, this time chunks of building falling off. A large cloud of black smoke came out from one side of the building.
"Hey, what's that…" Raven said looking at a shining blue projectile that was going out of the smoke into the air. He squinted his eyes, "That's… Crow throw me."
The large bird-like human spun mid-air throwing his partner into the sky. The Raven hero up in the air went like a bullet, before his Cloak opened into two massive wings that boosted him in flight. Going towards the villain.
"Your dead meat, you stupid villain." He shouted as he got close near to his target.

Toya was barely keeping himself from shitting his pants. This was his second time flying this high and this time, he was way way higher. The RR-Gloves and boots were helping him use his quirks like a jet, giving him a short period of flight.
'This day couldn't get any worse…' he grumbled.
But at that time he heard a scream from behind, by just looking at the map he could guess it was a flying hero. 'Why did I have to run my mouth.'
He took a glance before looking up, his head would spin if he looked down enough. Even though it was dark, the moonlight was enough for him to know this was the raven-hero.
A rookie that worked with Hawks before going on his own. His quirk was quite similar to the red-winged hero as well. But worked differently.
Toya bit his lips, of all the people. And the worst part was he would soon need to land, and with mister hero on his back, it would be a suicide.
The RR-gloves and boots weren't sturdy enough to hold Toya's flames, soon the equipment would give in.
'Well, time to gamble it all.' Toya thought before spinning mid-air, turning off his flames, and he started landing on a free fall.
The raven hero looking at it sped up trying to catch him.
That is what Toya wanted. The moment he was near Toya took aim and shot small fire based projectiles with his gloves.
Even though most of them were missed shots one of them made it. It made the hero stop as his cloak caught aflame and for his safety the raven hero took some distance. Even though the fire barely grazed the hero, due to the high temp his cloak caught fire and he was unable to continue the chase.
Meanwhile, Toya had water rolling down his face due to the pain he was feeling in his throat. Unlike his father who could do that in an emergency situation without drawbacks Toya almost toasted his insides due to it.
'J-Just hold on…' he told himself, before using his fire to boost him off.
