Ever since our senpais continuously talked about how much fun they've been having in the new dorm, or at least that's what they called it, the others have been restless. Noe-chan, Pekora, Rushia and OkaKoro were all huddled up together, giggling and whispering amongst themselves as to what sort of things they might find in the new dorm.
Marine was also excited about it, but she seemed to hold her excitement back. Mio-senpai was probably the calmest out of all of us, just reading a magazine during the entire ride.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited either, but I read that the place we were heading to was a place that seemed to attract a lot of mysteries, so I was on my guard a bit.
Which all went away the moment I laid eyes on the majesty of the forest the dorm was situated in.
I mean how can you not be in awe at its share beauty? It wasn't just me either, the others were also at a loss for words.
This forest was way too majestic to be a part of Earth.
I can go on all day writing about the forest, but I doubt I can describe it well enough to actually capture everything great about it.
Moving on from that, all of us then headed into the forest and about halfway through the path a little fox blocked our way and signalled us to follow it. Thinking it was probably the guiding fox our senpais told us about we followed it up the path, but it didn't take long before we found out we followed the wrong fox!
I don't know where it took us but it sure wasn't the inn.
We ended up deeper into the woods, fog had begun to set in and it was beginning to get chilly.
With nowhere else to go, the five of us continued to wander around, which in hindsight was the worst idea we had. But we were lucky enough to find a way out of the fog, eventually.
All of us wound up in an open field, really far from where we started. But I expected as much, considering we wandered the forest for who knows how long.
We would've called for help, but our phones weren't picking up any signal so we were left there stranded.
It took some time, though eventually, we did get our rescue. Rushia said she spotted something from afar, we all looked and sure enough we all saw an orange dragon flying towards us.
Normally, people would've ran when they see a giant flying lizard, but not us.
The moment we saw the dragon, we immediately raised our hands up and began to wave at it while shouting to get its attention.
When it landed we were quickly greeted by Coco-chan before being asked as to why we strayed so far from the path. We explained what happened and Coco-chan seemed to understand what we went through.
She gave us a lift back to the inn and we were finally properly introduced to Kyrell, the inn's owner.
Coco-chan explained the situation to him and he apologised for frightening us and potentially putting us in danger. Though it wasn't really his fault, but I guess as a businessman he just couldn't let it go and considering we were his customers, he was liable.
Putting that aside for now, we finally arrived at the dorms and we were immediately smothered by the others, questioning us as to what happened. So after explaining the fox, the fog and arriving at the field, we were finally allowed to go to our rooms and unpack.
What a rollercoaster of a day it has been, but thank god it's over now. I honestly thought we would never arrive at the dorm, but somehow we did it. Now only if we knew what that fox was, but maybe we should leave that to Coco-chan and the owner.
No announcements this week, don't think any will pop up in a while so you'll be seeing this message a lot. Still, I hope you all enjoyed the chapter and I'll see you all next week.
