Bab 5: Wolves! no werewolves
Lennox's pov
When I wake up, I noticed I was somewhere else where I even didn't know. So I look around and I see a boy with a chiseled jaw, black hair as black as his eyes and a sharp nose, sitting on a chair right in front of me and staring? No, he's glaring at me.
I flinched and rolled my eyes when I get to know he's glaring at me. Then I asked so many questions to quickly overcome this situation e.g. "Who are you? Where are you from? Where is this place? And where I am? Blah blah blah"
He didn't answer any of my questions but arrogantly said, "You don't have to know about me and also about this place."
I furiously about to say "What the--"
But before I finished another boy came from behind him and say hello with a tiny smile on his face.
Before I got a chance to ask something, he started to introduce himself, "I'm Ilhan, Ilhan Lycus from a pack called 'Lunar Amorous Wings' in this forest. I'm a doctor of this pack. I am the new one here and this is my workplace. I'm the one who's treating you. By the way, he's Travis Wood. He's here to meet his sister."
Suddenly a word that throbbed in my head too badly was 'Pack'. I think, "He says something like 'pack' RIGHT?"
So I asked him some questions as I thought, "Did you say you're from the pack or something? What do you mean by this? Am, isn't 'pack' a term of animal things? Or is it just the name of a group or branch in your community?
He told me to listen to him properly, "We aren't human but wolves."
I gasped and my eyes become wider as I heard the term 'wolves'.
I say with wide eyes and wide mouth, "I know in this forest I can find many familiar or unknown animals or creatures as well as wolves. But it's really odd. I mean if you're a wolf then why do you look like humans? I don't get it."
Ilhan said, "We are wolves which can transform into a human as our need. And now we're in our human form."
I started to make fun of him with my loud laugh and mockingly said, "What? Are you kidding me? How can you be a wolf? Or how can a wolf shift into a human?"
He calmly said, "Believe it or not, it's all upon you but we're werewolves. There are many things about us I can't tell you because you're a human."
I recognize the word 'Werewolves'. I said, "Wait wait, what did you say? Werewolves! I heard it somewhere. Where? Where? Oh, I remember, Isn't it only a mythical creature or something like that?"
He said with a quiet furious face, "No, it was just made by humans that we're mythical creatures. We also can live with humans now these days."
I told him, "Ok now you can stop, I believe in you. But you didn't answer me, why did you guys bring me here? I mean since you can live with us, you can take me to the city's hospital."
Ilhan told me, "Because the city was so far from this forest. I and my friend Travis hated people for some reason so that we didn't take so we didn't take you to your city. And we don't usually help people like you. But I had to heal you for Travis's request."
I annoyingly said, "This arrogant brat told you to save me I can't believe it."
Ilhan chuckled while saying, "Generally, he's not like that. But why he's being this arrogant to you I don't know. Hey Travis, Don't be like that? Huh. Tell her how you rescue her."
Travis begins now, "When I went for hunting, suddenly I sniffled ascent of human so I went there and see you're unconscious and injured. I don't know why but I thought of saving you. But remind that when you'll get well, you have to go home by that time. After you heal, I won't let you spend even a second here."
Now I became so much frustrated and start yelling at him by saying, "Who the hell are saying that I'll stay here even when I'll be recovered? Huh, I won't let myself be a second with an annoying brat like you after I recover. Understand? You asshole, bastard. "
Travis murmured by himself, "Because of me, I'd have already lost someone. Since then I had promised that time that I'll never let anyone get hurt for me."
I said in fume, "Hey, Why are you murmuring huh? Say it loudly. Come on tell me, what're you saying?"
He ignored me and told Ilhan, "Now I have to go outside." He went where he wanna go.
Ilhan said, "Can I ask your name?"
I answered, "Sure. I'm Lennox Evans from Triangle state, Austin, Texas. I'm 17 years old."
He asked me, "Oh it's near. Then why do you come here?"
I replied, "I'm into odd things from my childhood even though this is my first time. So I have no female friends because they acknowledge me as a weird person. I just have two male friends only. I also come here with those two. But there's a little quarrel happen and I have to come into this forest alone. Then an accident occurred and I wake up here in your workplace."
He realizes now and said, "That what's happening. By the way, How many days do your friends seem to be spending here? If you recover within this period, you can meet them quickly."
I said, "Like 2 or 3 days maximum."
He told me, "Oh my, They already have reached their home."
I gasped and said, "Yeah."
He said to me, "Okay then, you should get some rest for now."
