'What would happen on Monday?'

Early next day, Chess was once again inside his morning class with Hans and Angela by his side. He couldn't help but think about certain possibilities about the message behind that clock.

Also, the issue about the Physician is still bothering him. If that Physician is really from the black side, how did he manage to get in? Also, how long has he been in the university?

That's why, Chess started thinking about talking to other older students in his class. But ever since the first day, Chess only ever talked to one real senior in class. He never once had a decent conversation with another senior student other than Hans.

Chess couldn't tell whether it was because he lack any initiative or if it's because they just didn't like him that much.

While Chess was thinking that the seniors didn't like him that much, the freshmen and sophomores in his class were busy revering his side profile.
