Bab 81: Three dates
Tae-Hoon was getting ready for the university and Hani was also taking her online lessons. He was feeling very feeble and lethargic for some reason, sweating profusely even with the air conditioner on.
Taking rapid breaths, he went towards his bed with his sudden headache. He touched his forehead but could not feel his own temperature.
With a sudden rush of coldness in his veins, he shivered and decided to not go for classes today as he removed his shoes and socks.
Laying down on the bed he completely covered himself, still shivering he was jolting left and right trying to get some sleep.
Hani frowned her eyebrows as it was getting late and Tae-Hoon was still on the other side of the curtain and has not left. She leaned towards the curtain and swiped them away, finding a shivering and jolting Tae-Hoon.
Widening her eyes, she placed her laptop on the bed and went towards him.
His eyes were closed but he was definitely not sleeping.
She touched his forehead and her eyes popped out of the sockets feeling his temperature, he felt as if he was on fire.
Feeling a cold hand on his forehead Tae-Hoon opened his eyes slightly. “Can you tell mom that I will not be going today.” his voice was feeble and faint and after saying that he again closed his eyes, wanting to get some sleep.
Hani nodded even though he could not see her and she rushed to the kitchen.
Getting out a bowl she filled it with cold water and emptied the ice cube tray into it. “What are you doing sweetheart?” Jung-Nan came towards her.
“oh, auntie. Tae-Hoon is burning with fever. He told me to tell to that he will not be going for classes today.” Jung-Nan was worried and nodded her head. “Give this to me, I will do it.” Jung-Nan was about to take the bowl from her but Hani moved it aside.
“It’s fine. I can at least do this for him.” she said smiling at her and Jung-Nan felt contented hearing that, she was really worried about the relation between those two but now, to her, it felt like things were going somewhat on track.
“Ok, take this. I will send porridge and medicine to your room.” Jung-Nan caressed her cheek at which Hani cheerfully nodded.
She went back to their room and placed the bowl on the side table and took a small face towel, she placed it on his forehead after soaking it in the cold water while she sat beside him. Since Tae-Hoon was almost half-conscious he did not open his eyes.
For at least ten minutes she kept changing the wet towel and his shivering died down as his body relaxed. She smiled looking at his gorgeous face and wiped the streaming water drops which were trailing down from his forehead to his neck passing through the near of his tragus with her hands.
Tae-Hoon seemed to like her warm touch in his sleep and as a reflex to get more warmth he fiddled and wrapped his arms around her waist.
Hani yelped getting startled and he pulled her closer and rubbed his face against her waist, she gulped feeling butterflies in her stomach.
She tried to get out of his grip but as soon as she did Tae-Hoon frowned, tightening his grip around her. She sighed and decided to let him be or else he might wake up, she pulled her legs up to get into a more comfortable position.
After some time, a maid knocked on the door but did not get any answer so she slightly pushed the door and it was not locked.
She entered and found both husband and wife sleeping. Tae-Hoon's hand around her waist while Hani was in a sitting position and her one arm was placed onto his arm that was wrapped around her waist.
Not making a noise she placed the porridge and medicine both on the side table and left, not disturbing the cute couple.

Se-Young was thinking about last night while doing her own work as she could not help but think about Dong-Hoon from time to time. Especially the moment when he said she could be shameless in front of him, she felt goosebumps whenever she remembered how close their faces were.
On the other hand, Jae-In was threatened by Dong-Hoon's actions, he was tribulated by the fact that Se-Young went on a business date with Dong-Hoon, and of course, he got to know this by one and only Yoon-Hwa, the gossip queen.
“Se-Young, can I talk to you for a moment.” he approached her.
Getting out of her imagination to the reality Se-Young said, “Ah, if it is not important can we talk later. I need to instruct others.”
“It is important but I will wait till lunchtime.” he said and left from there, tilting her head, Se-Young wondered why his face looked so grim.
Yoon-Hwa just silently observed them as she kind of got an idea that something spicy was about to happen.
...
“Since we met again, I did not really ask you this question, do you... do you have a boyfriend?” Jae-In asked Se-Young even though he knew the answer, they were standing alone in the corner of the kitchen or that’s what they thought.
Se-Young hesitantly answered, “No.”
He nodded his head in satisfaction. “Then, am I allowed to court you?” he asked very sweetly and gave her his charismatic smile. Se-Young’s brain stopped functioning, she knew that he thought of her as more than friends due to his certain actions but what she did not know was that he was going to be so blunt about it.
“I... I...” she could not get any words out of her mouth and Jae-In sighed. “Don’t rush, you can give me your answer after three dates.”
Widening her eyes, she slightly shouted, “Dates?”
“Yeah, I mean you can at least try this out for the sake of our friendship.” with a look of anticipation, he asked.
