Bab 41: Blind date with the bossy lady
"I know I am the best human alive on earth, but why are you reminding me that." Eun-Woo rolled his eyes at Dong-Hoon's statement, no matter how much time they had spent together, he could not just get used to Dong-Hoon's narcissism and extreme self-love.
'I hesitated before but you guys are made for each other, one narcissist and one crazy.' Eun-Woo thought to himself and then continued, "Actually, I have arranged a blind date for you."
But before Eun-Woo could say one more word, Dong-Hoon shouted at the top of his lungs. "WHAT?... I never asked you to." he pushed Eun-Woo's hands away from his shoulder.
"Dude listen, she is the most compatible girl for you plus she likes you a lot, I mean a lot." Eun-Woo was partly telling Dong-Hoon and partly to himself, trying to make himself believe that his sister genuinely liked Dong-Hoon, which was really not the case.
"So what if she likes me, I don't want to be in this dating stuff right now. You know that I want to prove myself in front of my father." Dong-Hoon retorted but Eun-Woo shook his head.
"Ok, I understand what you are saying but at least go inside and meet her, maybe you will like her and I am telling you she is really beautiful." Eun-Woo felt like puking while saying good words about his sisters but he held his urge to gag.
"Are you nuts, the girl is inside and you are telling me right now. What if I refuse you then what will you tell the girl that her date ditched her and oh my God, I have a reputation in this society, what will people think about me ditching a girl on a blind date." Dong-Hoon kept rambling and Eun-Woo facepalmed himself, regretting to agree with his sister.
"So, you should go in now, right." he said pointing towards the door of the cafe and Dong-Hoon shook his head in frustration.
"If she cries after getting rejected by this handsome face then don't blame me." Dong-Hoon dramatically placed his hand on his forehead.
Eun-Woo was dying inside right now and was just thinking if those two ended up together he was surely going to die and about his sister's crying, that would never happen, she might even make Dong-Hoon cry instead.

As soon as Eun-Bi spotted Dong-Hoon in the cafe, she waved her hand to make him notice her and he froze in his spot finding out that his blind date was none other than Eun-Woo's sister.
He felt shivers running down his spine thinking about the moments when Eun-Woo used to ramble about his evil sister.
‘She is so annoying, I just want to kill her. Gosh, she is bossy. She thinks that all the world revolves around her. She is the biggest delusional woman one can find. What did I ever do to have such a sister.’ he clearly remembered each of Eun-Woo's words clearly.
Dong-Hoon was now sitting in front of her, gulping hard and staring at her and he knew that what he got to do in the situation, he could not let this woman grasp him, she was dangerous. "I am so glad, you agreed to meet me like this on such short notice." she said tucking the strand of her hair behind her ear and Dong-Hoon just nodded, smiling at her for the sake of courtesy. "Why... did you want to meet me." he hesitantly asked.
She fluttered her lashes while tilting her head a bit. "Umm... It is a date... so I assume you definitely know what a date is." she said making an obvious face.
Dong-Hoon cleared his throat and she shook her head. "Mr. Shim, I really like you and would like to get to know you better." she said being straightforward.
"Min Eun-Bi... I understand what you mean but I really am not interested in dating anyone right now. I have certain goals in my life which I would like to fulfill before getting myself into a relationship." he clearly put his point. 'hmmm, being honest is the best solution here.' he nodded to himself.
"I totally agree with you and I am not rushing to be in a relationship with you and just as I said I would like to get to know you better. You can consider me as a friend, a good friend." she smiled at him and he suddenly remembered one more thing Eun-Woo told him back then.
‘You know what she says whenever she wants something, I want what I want. Like the fu*k. You are not the Queen of this world that you are going to get every single thing you want.’
‘She gets obsessed over the things she likes and goes to any extent to get them. Sometimes she makes me worried for her. It feels like I am living with a mental patient.’
He remembered those vague statements of his friend few years back.
He understood the fact that she was a bossy and obsessive person. So, he wanted to end things right here and be clear.
"Eun-Bi, I get it where you are trying to go but believe me, I am not interested in building any kind of relationship right now, not even friendship. There are already many unsolved problems going on with me and I am really sorry but I think I should get going now." he stood up politely bowing to her and left without saying any more words.
'Min Eun-Woo, I will deal with you afterward.' he exhaled deeply getting into his car.
Eun-Bi's grip tightened onto her fork as she saw him leaving her there. She had never thought that she will get rejected this brutally. Her desire to be with him increased now, not just because he was a nice person but because of the challenge, she felt like this situation was challenging and she was someone who liked to play.
"Mr. Shim, I will see how you will not give yourself to me." she smirked and spun the fork on the table, looking at it intently as it stopped in the direction, where Dong-Hoon just exited.
