Bab 269: Pathetic

"Ugh.."

In agony, the woman sat up on the bed while pressing her temples. She was none other than Lilith Scarlet, the Royal Third Concubine. "The migraine should be gone now" The woman muttered to herself. Attempting to stand up and grab some pills from the table afar.

To cure her migraine, the physician already made a potion for her since he did not want to get his head hung at the Fifth Princess's front door. But even though he warned how the potion would show effect after five days, the woman expected it be effective in a few days. 

"Pfft-" A chuckle echoed the whole chamber. Startling the woman entirely. In surprise, Lilith turned around in hurry, only to witness the man under disguise sitting on window's frame. No matter, how much he tried to veil himself, she still managed to recognize him.
