Just as promised to that Heretic God, for a week I collected my blood daily, always before meals, that's because my body produced a lot of blood, you could even say that there was more blood inside my body than people could imagine given my size. 

I found out that after the fight against King Makari, the amount of blood I lost back then was more than three times what it should have been. 

After that, I did some tests and found that the amount of blood in my body should be more than 10 liters, besides that it looked like I could recover more than 5 liters of blood in a few hours of rest, if I took a potion it would be even faster.
