Bab 346: Dungeons

Unbeknownst to Luciana, a hint of anger laced her cold tone as she stopped two steps away from him. 

But that angry note in her voice did not go unnoticed by Cardan, ''Are you upset because you missed me?" 

Luciana's lips parted slightly, her eyes widening for a moment before she narrowed them, ''Do not talk to me,'' she turned around and left.

Cardan was about to chase after Luciana but the moment he stepped forward, his path was blocked. 

''How presumptuous…'' His words trailed off when he shifted his gaze from the direction Luciana had left and spotted Aleister standing in front of him. 

''Come with me,'' Aleister turned around and walked away without waiting for Cardan's response. 

''Is there something that you want to say? If you want to cry and be grateful for the way I saved your life, you can start from here. I won't mind…'' 

''Quiet,'' Aleister's tone dipped. 

Cardan raised an eyebrow.
