Bab 86: Chapter 83: Its Timeskip Time

Standing up the balcony of Castle Doom, where Susan had agreed to become one of his queens, Victor stood with his hands folded behind his back.
Watching as the morning sun rose.
Taking in its majesty.
But also thinking about all the changes that had taken place in the world in the past year and a half.
Some due to him and his people, and some not.
First, Tony has publicily claimed and revealed to the world, with Maya permission of course, that Riri was his daughter.
Which made the young genius incrediblly happy.
Tony as well.
The twos father- daughter bond having only grown stronger since they met each other.
Even after Tony and Pepper finally started dating.
Which happened shortly before the end of 2008.
The couple still going strong, and their relationship only getting stronger.
Second, the Future Foundation had become fully operational.
The foundations reputation having only gone up since it opened its doors.
Even if some people hated it since it openly supported EVO's.
Which is the third, and definitely the biggest, change that had taken place on Earth in the past year and a half.
Getting together with Xavier, the reaming F4, Tony, and his own people, Victor had decided to take that giant leap forward and reveal the existence of EVO's to the entire world.
His theories in regards to them, his personal stance on their existence, etc.
Victor had laid all this, and more, on the proverbial table.
Which needless to say sent the entire world into shock and frenzy.
But Victor didn't care one single bit.
Since people were going to find out about EVO's in the future.
It was really inevitable.
So all he did was speed up the process.
As well as begin manipulating things to protect the EVO's of the world.
Not only from visible threats like the numerous hate groups that had sprung up in response to the 'EVO reveal' as many people call it, but also to the invisible threats. Like the violation of an EVO's right. Simply because they possess extraordinary abilities.
Victor and his people found many examples of this in regards to those formerly known as Mutants.
It disgusted them.
So naturally they handled these matters in the only proper and reasonable way any would.
They went into full on purge mode.
Using the vast resources at his disposal Victor has been making sure to systemically hunt down and destroy, with extreme prejudice, any and all things that are or would become a major threat to the world's EVO population.
Whether they be people, groups, or even inventions or artifacts.
Doom is not allowing anything to escape his gaze.
Count on it.
Moving on.
In the past year and a half the stance on EVO's has become much more favorable.
Especially after Victor revealed to the world he himself was an EVO.
Though of course he didn't idiotically show all his powers.
No, he only revealed his electrical generation abilities to the world.
This in turn made many of the other world leaders, and those in power, wary of him.
However Victor was also surprised to find a few who were not afraid to give him their earnest and honest support.
It was a mixed bag in all honesty.
But one Victor could naturally work with.
Anyway.
Fourth, the Octavious couple had finished developing their fusion reactor.
Which unlike in the Spiderman 2 film was fully safe and properly functional.
A thing Victor and his other people made sure of.
Especially since after the reactor was proven safe Victor had several of them commissioned and then placed all throughout Latveria.
Which the reactors now supply power to on a permanent basis.
Making Latveria a completely free fossil-fuel based country.
A situation Victor and his people are also trying to to make happen for several other countries around the world.
Who they have begun talks with to supply them with their own fusion reactors to generate power.
No matter what shit the oil, coal, and other energy companies have tried to pull.
Except for Stark Industries of course.
Who has started actively competing against Latveria in the clean energy game.
But hey, a little competition never hurt anyone.
Plus, Victor welcomes it.
So yeah.
Fifth, Project Demeter has also come to fruition.
Maya having already developed several strain of super crops using Extremis.
Which are already being grown in Latveria.
Victor and his people already in the process of selling these super crops to various countries across the world.
Just like the fusion reactors.
Which of course have only pissed off even more people.
Thus in the past year and a half Latveria and everything affiliated with it and its people have seen a massive increase in attempted infiltration and subversion.
Keyword attempted.
Since all attempts at infiltration and subversion have been ground into dust.
Which will continue to happen.
Since Doom shall not allow anyone to stand in his way.
Sixth, Victor has started another company.
Which is known as Excelsior Entertainment.
It's name using the favorite catchphrase of the god of Marvel himself, Stan Lee.
The company itself is doing well.
Having already produced two very popular games.
Whose names are Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.
Seventh, the relationship between Victor and SHIELD is doing extremely well.
As more thoughts passed through Victor's mind, he suddenly stopped when he heard a familiar voice call out to him.
"Good morning dad."
Hearing this voice Victor put a smile on his face.
He then turned around to face the owner of the voice.
"Good morning, Kristoff." Victor said.
Who was Krisroff.
His adoptive son, who was turning into a very fine and handsome young man.

But he wasn't alone.
For floating in the air on either side of Kristoff, yes floating, were none than Victor other two children.
The first was a blonde haired boy, whose name was Franklin Von Doom.
While the second was his elder twin sister, Valeria Von Doom.
Victor children with Susan having turned out the same name, and appearance wise, like they did in the comics.
The only difference was their abilities.
For not only were both of the twins possess super-intellect, but they both also possesed the same superhuman abilities.
Which was the fact they could copy the powers of any other superhuman they came into contact with.
Just like Rogue.
But unlike her they would only copy powers. On top of that they could retain the powers they copied by touch indefinitely and even combine them.
So put simply Franklin and Valeria were like altered version of All For One from My Hero Academia.
So while not as dangerous as reality warping the twins were still incredibly lethal.
But Victor would except nothing less from those with the blood of Doom flowing in their veins.
"So, not that I don't enjoy spending time with my children, since you all know I do, but what are you doing here? Shouldn't you all be getting ready to eat breakfast?"
"We were, but the twins wanted to come find you and arrive with you together today." Kristoff explained.
"I see." Victor replied. "Well since that's what you both want let's do it." He said.
Hearing this both Franklin and Valeria smiled brightly at their father.
After they did the group of four left the balcony, heading straight for breakfast.
Which was generally how the day started for royal family of Doom.

A/N: Info dump chapter I know. But I told you to be prepared.
Anyway, things will get moving tomorrow.
Now then, as for why I changed Franklin and Valeria powers I wanted to. Plus I think the twins having the same power makes them even more dangerous in a sense.
