She has changed a lot. And at that moment Doris actually regretted sending her alone to North. Many things must have happened there and this girl has to deal with that alone.
She might not be her actual daughter but she was one of her own. Doris had raised Silja from childhood.
"If we are talking about lies, isn't there something that you lied to me about?" Silja lifted her eyebrows.
Doris' face stiffened as soon as she heard that.
"What do you mean?" Doris asked.
"Nothing just saying that maybe you and father had lied to me in the past," Silja said calmly and then turned around and walked away deep inside the market while Doris stood there looking at the girl's back. Her eyes widened and her lips pursed in a thin line.
"She knows," Doris murmured looking at the back of Silja.
"Silja wait," Doris walked hurriedly to catch up to Silja. She held Silja by her arm and stopped her midway.
