Wise Star Order had practically been ignored by Leonel, so he spent his time training his two disciples. He had thought that maybe Leonel would ask them to help during the war, but that time never came.

In Leonel's opinion, it wasn't yet the right time to use them, and they wouldn't have been much help to begin with. They wouldn't have changed the outcome. Savants were secrets weapons that were best used when the enemy knew nothing about them. Otherwise, it would be possible to plan for their abilities and counter them ahead of time. Once their abilities were countered, Savants were no different from mortals.
