Bab 52: the death

IT IS BETTER SHE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND when the police arrives as they will question her and she cannot possibly tell them the truth.

Guilt doesn't grip her as she runs further away from the place where Joe and Harper may be in critical misery after Kai put them to slumber that way. Who knows what kind of dreams or encounters they may be having? The worst part is not being able to wake up from it.

She should have gone back to at least try and help wake them up.

She doesn't.

THE NEXT MORNING.

She keeps an eye out for Joe and Harper as she walks into the first class of the day—a test.

It wasn't until the morning, her atrocious actions hit her after realizing she always has History with the two and they always like to sit by her.
