"Hi, Rendra."

"Miss Gladys, you look so beautiful," said Rendra.

"Thank you. But I don't need your compliments," Gladys said as she turned her face away arrogantly.

Charlos rolled his eyes. He motioned for Rendra to just shut up. Rendra nodded awkwardly with a half-hearted smile.

Suddenly, reporters came rushing in from the other end with cameras and microphones in hand.

"Good evening, Charlos William," said the reporter. "How about the opening ceremony tonight?"

The flash from the camera snaps from here and there.

"The event was very good and lively. Many artists joined in to enliven the atmosphere. Well, the food was delicious. I really like it," answered Charlos casually.

"Do you think the Golden Group company will be the best this year?" the reporter asked, holding his hand up to the microphone.
