Bab 50: AUCTION

"What's the matter, Vla?" Biserka said from behind the room divider, which had heard a noise between Vla and Kael.

"It's nothing, just a very annoying lizard," Vla evaded and quipped Kael as a lizard.

"Well, can you come here and help me review Mataya's case again?" Biserka said again, which made a pair of lovers have to stop their petty argument immediately.

"Alright, I'll take a look at it soon." Vla immediately stepped away from Kael's presence, but her foot tripped over the table's leg in front of her and made her almost fall. Kael immediately caught Vla swiftly and held her so as not to hit anything.

Kael chuckled, seeing Vla, who was reckless not as usual. "Careful, Honey." Kael then kissed Vla's forehead and released his grip. "I have to get back to the office and take care of some work. I'll pick you up at lunchtime, see you later, honey." Kael then preceded Vla and rushed out after all his sweet attitude and affectionate treatment towards Vla.
