Bab 12: Chapter 12

Alyssa was again horrified to see the statue sitting inside the cabinet again. "Why does Sir have that, it's scary!"

"Alyssa helps us, have mercy on us," they begged her.

She looked at Sofia's face. She was sad and her eyes were blurred with tears.

"What do you mean? How can I help you?" she asked them but they did not say a word.

Sofia just handed her the three paintings. At first, she was hesitant to accept the held by Sofia. Alyssa was nervous that the artist might catch up with them and get caught tampering with the paintings.

Alyssa took a deep breath before accepting the painting Sofia was holding, then she suddenly disappeared from her sight. She was surprised when Sofia disappeared in front of her, she could not speak.

"Sofia?"

For a moment Alyssa seemed to feel the surroundings spinning. She felt dizzy so she held on tightly to the painting.
