Kieran teleported himself to her room and laid her on the bed. There had to be a way to convince her to work with him. With the way things were going, if she figured out that she had powers of any sort, she would refuse to stay here. 

He frowned and it seemed she had deep affections for her guard. That would not work well for him. Especially if he decided to have him killed. 

There was something about this girl that called to him but he simply put it to be a cause of his bond. 

Seeing how she was with the child had him wondering if there was a softer part of her. Maybe one that she hid from others.
