King Jaren was so happy to hear it that he burst into tears and scooped up Raven in a hug and spun him around, as if he was a three year old child instead of a thirteen year old. Raven blushed, a little embarrassed, but he enjoyed the affection from his Papa.

Mana giggled happily on the side.

"We should also call Grandfather and Grandmother back," Jules said. "They wouldn't want to miss Ma's awakening."

"Of course," King Jaren said, depositing Raven on the chair next to Mana. "And we have to call Imperial Physician Kale back from the Verdant Hills as well."

"Speaking of Verdant Hills, let's all head there on love soup day with Ma," Jules said. "We promised everyone that we would go there…"
