Bab 71: Rule of darkness
Abbey is getting ready for the coronation but experiences an uneasy feeling, " why do I feel weird? I feel like I've lost an important part of me"
Nisha walks in to see how Abbey is getting ready, but a confused Abbey turns in a jiffy and mistakes her for Agni,
Nisha: "Abbey?"
Abbey: "Agni?"
Nisha: "excuse me,what did you say?"
Abbey: "what did I say?"
Nisha: "you called me Agni, what is wrong with you?"
Abbey: " nothing, just thought Agni came back"
Nisha: "she's gone forever,she won't come back. Hurry,Zerah wants to see us before the ceremony starts"
Zerah calls for a secret meeting that changes the whole situation and leaves the involved party affected,
Zerah: "I made a decision which I know you all might not be happy with,but I've made it final"
Angela:"what now? your mission here is done, I'll pay as much as you want"
Nisha: "yes,any amount of money just mention it,so long as you leave this town forever"
Zerah: " I don't want any money"
Abbey: "then what do you want"
Zerah: "power!"
Angela: " what do you mean power?"
Zerah: "Abbey won't be the next ruler,I will"
Angela:"that's impossible, we didn't agree on that"
Zerah: "well now I've changed my mind. It'll be amazing, been the ruler and possessing evil powers"
Abbey: "that's not happening not on my watch"
Zerah: "make me the ruler or else..."
Nisha:"or else what? you can't threaten us we aren't afraid of you "
Zerah: " now you will be"
Zerah controls Abbey's hand against his will,forces it to take a glass bottle, breaking it and hurting himself on the palm,
Abbey: "no! mom help me!"
Zerah: "you know what am capable of or do you need more of it"
Angela: "don't hurt my children, we'll do as you ask"
Nisha:" no mom,we risked everything not to let go"
Angela: "quiet Nisha! make me a promise Zerah, my children and I won't be inferior to you"
Zerah: "oh no I won't"
Angela: " its a deal"
At the coronation, Abbey changes his mind and tells the elders,he wants to replace his aunt instead,
Abbey: "I don't want to be the ruler anymore, sorry"
Council: "why are you backing out now?"
Abbey: "am just not ready,with everything going on with my wife is so pressuring"
Council: "alright then,anyone in mind for the replacement"
Abbey: " my aunt Zerah "
The council then coronate Zerah and a dark cloud appears in the sky. Zerah gives a shocking announcement that leaves the town people trembling in fear,
" from now on am your ruler and all should fear me! am not Agni, so if you do anything that I recommend I'll personally kill you, no mercy!"
Tony goes to Becky's old room and finds a later written by her," dear Matty, by the time you'll be reading this I must have left,the child am carrying is yours but I've left the country as I don't want anything to happen to our baby"
Tony:"goodness, this means Becky was in fact carrying my grandson, I should tell Matty "
Tony quickly goes to see Matty to tell him the good news, " Matty,how are you? "
Matteo: "am managing dad"
Tony: "I've got good news and bad news"
Matteo:"tell me dad"
Tony:" Abbey replaced himself with Zerah as the ruler"
Matteo: "this is bad"
Tony: "but the good news is,Becky was carrying your baby"
Matteo: "and she lied,if I weren't here I'd have gone looking for her"
Tony:"its okay, take heart"
At the mental asylum, Mable appears to Agni and tries to convince her to get her brave spirit back but she pushes her away,
Agni: " get out Mable I don't wanna see your face,leave me alone!"
Mable: "I know how much you're hurting"
Agni: "you don't! my enemies have won,it is now you want to help?"
Mable:" but..."
Agni :"get out!"
Mable disappears but Rahab steps in and manages to get Agni back to the game,
Rahab: "you're upset because I didn't help,but try to understand, sometimes things happen for a reason"
Agni: "say what you came to say"
Rahab: "there's a way of curing Kel"
Agni: "really aunt,tell me"
Rahab: "there's a forest deep into the spiritual realm. Bear in mind that there are many obstacles and challenges to finally get the cure"
Agni: "my dad has given me reason to live,I would do anything to get him back to his feet...wait how do I get out of here"
Rahab: "you must do what it takes to escape"
Agni: "thank you aunt, I lost all hope,but you came just on time"
