"Lord God of Life, can elves give birth to deities?" Anthony leaned over to Ange's shoulder and asked.

The God of Life leisurely responded, "That shouldn't be possible. We are just a part of nature and have conflicts with the unnatural group's faith. Their beliefs all belong to me, but their power is too weak to condense Divine Fire."

Although the old tree was always being called the Tree of Life, it was actually not a deity but a super-giant tree that was even more powerful than deities. Perhaps it didn't care about those sparks of faith, which was why it had never ignited the Divine Fire.

There were also no great heroes within the Elf Clan that could gather the faith of the elves.
