''Don't worry, it is safe because Jasper made them. I just helped him out. Then, drink your juice. I will bring the pancakes out'' Inayah said and pull down her sleeves to cover her hands as she turned and returned to the kitchen.

''Why did you stop me? We didn't come here to eat pancakes'' Bertha turned and asked Clara.

''I know, but, I don't think now is the right time''

'Calm down Berth. Imagine how Ayah must be feeling'' Gideon said and touched her hand.

''But, she kept it away from us. does she even consider us as her friends?'' Bertha asked angrily.

''Because she knew we would act this way, especially you. You always take things personally and overreact'' Sandra replied Bertha.

Watching them from the kitchen, Ayah sighed and clasped her hands together. She turned and pulled the pancakes to closer. She wiped her tears before taking it out, putting on a bright smile.
