Bab 171: Dance With Me

Gazing at Riuka, rather than at the fireworks show high up in the skies.

Mua was enchanted.

'So beautiful…'

Yes, this was the night. The very night, the very moment when he would confess his feelings.

But somehow, he was getting jitters. He had only to say the words;

'Riuka, I love you.', but somehow, he was hesitating, nervous. 

'D*mm it!

Okay, just breathe…'

Mua instructs himself internally, taking a deep breath to calm his nerves and his wildly palpitating heart, using the intensive breathing and concentration techniques used in his training. 

'Hah…', he breathes out with his eyes closed, calming himself and slowing his heartbeat.

It worked like magic! Great. Now, all that was left was to say the words.

'Okay. Just say it straight on, Mua…'

"Riu… Riuka, I…"

Mua begins speaking to absent-minded Riuka, gazing longingly at dancing couples.
