At the same time, the generals at the gates of Aquila find it harder to hold out, being hard pressed at the gates by a terrible flood of bloodthirsty Axen soldiers. They are outnumbered by about 20 to one man, and so it is impossible to keep the gates.
Therefore, the overbearing Axen soldiers begin to push their way in, breaking through the gates of Aquila!
So fierce, they travel through the gates, attacking the Aquilan soldiers and opening the gates wider to usher in a great flood of Axen soldiers.
Things were turning for the worst!
