Bab 2: **

Soniya trembled vigorously and ran towards her room. She sat down on the floor with tears rolling down her eyes as she cursed her luck. She didn't want to see him again but she was bound to by law, by religion, by society.

Eezad Shah with all his glory stepped onto his land, his Pakistan where he had spent the most beautiful days of his childhood and youth.

He was flabbergasted at the sight of all the desi people meeting each other with the rose garlands. Tears came to his eyes but he quickly wiped them and put on his ray ban glasses. His driver was there already so he went quickly and sat in the car with the luggage.

"Lets go, Arshad." He said as he settled in the car.

Arshad bowed his head as he drove towards Noor Bano Haveli.

While Eezad was drowned in his own thoughts about his past, their present and what the future held for them.

Noor Bano Haveli ,made in those gold old ages for Eezad's grandmother Noor Bano by her grandfather Sher Ali, was a lavish house built as a sign of love and devotion.

Eezad's grandparents had their own love story. Noor Bano was the daughter of a potter in the village while Sher Ali was the son of the village's head. It was not a love at first sight story rather it was a fight at first sight.

Noor Bano hated Sher Ali as he was the one who broke her doll's house by mistake. Noor Bano was bound to respect him but LOVE was a word unknown to her.

While Sher Ali only wanted Noor Bano's attention as he was head to toe in love with her.

In between this love and hate, Sher sent his proposal for Noor. Noor's parents were very happy while Noor on the other hand only wanted to break his nose and teach him a lesson. Noor was bound to follow her parent's orders so she reluctantly agreed for the marriage.

At last the day came and Noor was sent with Sher to his house. Noor was sent to his room. On seeing the fancy decorations Noor only fumed with anger and stomped around in the room with her Sharara (traditional suit for brides ) and jewellery looking ravishing. While Sher was hesitant as how he will show her his love.

On entering the room, he saw Noor and was stunned for a minute while Noor came forward and held him by his collar.

"How dare you to marry me without even asking me. I don't like you. You broke my doll house and I will never forget about it. I will never forgive you. Understand?" she said angrily without even thinking about the proximity they were sharing.

Sher was shocked at the outburst but then smiled shyly, took her hands in his and said,

"Sorry Noor."

Noor saw him and to say she was shocked to the core was a small word. She didn't expect such a quick sorry from him.

While seeing her shocked state, Sher leaned in and kissed her softly. Noor was stunned but gave in shortly.

After kissing for a short while, Sher held Noor's red face in his hands and said,

"Jaan e Ali, I loved you since we played in those streets. I cherished you for a long time and I will never do anything to hurt you. I promise I will stay by your side and bring every happiness to your feet." (Ali's Life)

Noor smiled and shook her head at those words.

Time proved that Sher was indeed the husband every girl would want. He loved her with all his heart and she devoted her life to him.

Noor Bano Haveli was a gift for Noor exemplifying his whole hearted love for her.

Eezad smiled as she remembered how daadi (grandmother) used to talk about how clumsy his daada was but at the end of the day she was the one worrying about him too much.

As he remembered his grandparents another face came on the curtains of his mind, Soniya.

His smile vanished and all he knew now was REVENGE.
