Every dragon nation has limitations at some point. For Elja's strength as an Ice Dragon was his life being shorter than it should be. If Elja could save his strength if he saves a bit more while waiting for reinforcements to arrive. 

However, after coming and seeing firsthand the city of Mexa which turned into a sea of fire. Dozens of multi-story buildings were destroyed and almost to the ground, all security forces, both the military and the police, were mercilessly paralyzed. Plus that the airport and control center of the Mexa Star Cluster had also been destroyed, Elja couldn't help but be more impatient. 

"Miss Elle, if you heard or received my message and found Mexa has changed. Please forgive me and congratulations. Please quickly find my body if you each need my help, okay?" said Elja then ran after one of the enemy planes that crossed the sky of Mexa.
