If strength isn't everything if you don't balance quickly enough on the situation at hand. Seeing Miss Elle whose body portion was no more than 1/10th of Monster King Gorren's body, being able to defeat that monster in a few hits was simply too absurd. 

The main factor that Prince Hector could deduce was that Elle controlled 90% of the speed in the unequal battle just now. However, if Elle didn't have any other undetectable powers then it would be impossible for Monster King Gorren to die dismembered in just 30 minutes.
