Several officers who know about the Polkod substance in the rusty missiles found some time ago are in an emergency meeting with Prince Hector. If news of the discovery of this addictive substance reached Emperor Paddu then there would be an even greater danger. 

Some of the reasons that made Prince Hector hide the existence of the Polkod substance from Emperor Paddu's ears were the ingrained greed of the ruler. Emperor Paddu will seize all of Prince Hector's inventions leaving nothing behind. 

My Prince, if we keep this under wraps it will be considered an act of defiance against the Emperor?
