Bab 97: Didn't You Get the Card?

"Xing Xing! Who sent you this pastry box?" Liu Yu Sheng asked. She wanted to peek at the card, but before he got the chance to peek, Song Xing Xing had already hidden the card away.

Liu Yu Sheng clicked her tongue and looked at the box of pastries. Her eyes glittered with awe.

"I don't know who send me these pastries," Song Xing Xing muttered. She turned to look at her friend and asked, "Do you think it's safe to eat these pastries?"

Hearing her questions, Liu Yu Sheng started to eye the box of pastries suspiciously. "Then, should you throw it away?" She looked at the cakes with a pitiful gaze.

The pastries look good but if they come from a questionable source, it was better not to eat them. Who knew if they accidentally got poisoned or drugged?
