Bab 69: The Crown Prince, the Succubus, and the Master Thief III

Seraphine could only ever wonder what had happened to Eric and Clement after that.

While the Crown Prince went to deal with Therestina and her group, the Master Thief was taken away by the palace knights. Now, she's left waiting at one of the rooms there - entrusted to someone who introduced himself as a personal aide and secret messenger, Tyke. She still doesn't know what's going to happen from here on out, but instead of fretting over it, she takes this opportunity to calmly think things over. 

'Clement will be taken to the palace. If I tell His Highness about us and make a request to talk with him, I may have a chance to ask him about our past. For sure, he knows something - he even met the Crown Prince himself eight years ago, which is something I don't remember even though we grew up together...' Seraphine pondered over from her seat while Tyke only watched her from the side the whole time.
