Bab 682: First-trimester pregnancy symptoms off the chart

Jia Li's pregnancy has once again brought a thing of joy to the Fu family. Even Fu Hua couldn't hide his happiness. Since today, Fu Hua has asked Jia Li if she wanted to eat anything special or take a break.

"If I demand that you cook for me, you will complain. Don't ask me what I want to eat." Jia Li replied as she moved her gaze to a book in her hands. 

She was currently reading a book about pregnancy, which was the same book she read when she was pregnant with Jasmine.

Fu Hua shifted close to her and said, "If you want me to cook for you, I will, as long as it's something I can prepare. But I know you are a good wife, and wouldn't want to overwork your husband."

Jia Li smiled and glanced at him. "Are you trying to use my emotions because you know I wouldn't dare to overwork you?"

Fu Hua leaned in as they could feel each other's breath. "It's because I know you love me so much that I have this much confidence."
