"Why did you follow me?" Zhi Ruo asked when they left the restaurant's building.

"How do my affairs concern you?" Zhi Ruo asked with an annoyed tone.

Fu Meixu didn't say anything on that. She has already confirmed what she was curious about.

She wanted to confirm from Zhi Ruo if she had a boyfriend and the latter's reaction was enough to confirm her guesses. This was indeed helpful for her plans.

Changing the topic Fu Meixu asked, "I wanted to ask you what it feels like to have your position snatched?"
