They were currently on the continent of fire which had emerged in the place where Mariel's realm's entrance used to be. 

"I will see you later I guess." Mariel then said slowly as she stepped forward and kissed Kai once before she bent down on the ground and bit her finger.

A drop of her blood touched the sand as a formation suddenly started glowing and surrounded Mariel. Her body shimmered lightly before she vanished and Kai and Levina were left alone standing on the back as he teleported them to the continent of lightning.
