He could guess what the couple was doing now after the romantic proposal. Usually, that's how a proposal ended, right? They would be drowned in euphoria and felt drunk in love.

The feeling was intoxicating and made them wanted to vent it. Making love would be the best way to do it. Ahh… well, Marc could only guess though. He was never so invested in a woman that he wanted to end his bachelor days and get married to one.

He was happy for Loriel. Elise seemed to be exactly what he needed in his life to be happy. Marc didn't need a woman to make him feel happy and fulfilled. He had his job and his many girlfriends for that.
