They soon reached the gatehouse and decided to settle underneath its shade. The guards manning the entrance, still stationed like statues under the freezing climate. Victoria took compassion on them but decided to hold her peace.

Ezekiel, meanwhile was being all secretive about what he wanted to spill. They were just two under the shade: both of them. So why the delay?

She got too impatient and tired of waiting for him to speak. ''So, what is it that you want to say to me?''
