Bab 127: Take My Hand - Part 2

At this time, Elizabeth and the girl who was walking beside her, were about to make it out of the Castle proper. The fact that she'd claimed to have no knowledge about the King's intentions for having Elizabeth brought to him, caused the latter to drop the duty of probing the girl any further. In silence they'd begun their walk outside her bedroom and down the upper floor to get to Briceus at the courtyard outside.

As they presently sauntered through the grounds of the lobby, Elizabeth allowed an array of considerations to jump in and out of her mind like the thoughts they were.. 

'If everything Oletha told me yesterday was true, then I was quick to assume and jump my words out saying I needed to return to my bedroom...' she mused to herself amongst other things, feeling guilty as it now stood.

Yesterday, she and Oletha had engaged in a somewhat lengthy talk in her elegant bedroom. During this time she'd allayed her fears and concerns to Oletha.
