Balaji Vishwanath was the first historically renown person that I had met since coming to this era.

From the history that I had known, the man standing in front of me would establish his own line of peshwas with his son becoming the most successful general of the Martha empire.

Seeing that the timeline was all screwed up, I became sceptical of his identity. He could easily be just a namesake working under the Martha emperor. But the fact that he was an envoy of the emperor demanded me to be respectful towards him. Not just me, everyone who was present in the garden had to be respectful towards him.
