We quickly arrived at the Hero Association headquarters in City A, it was quite the large black skyscraper. It didn't have windows from what I could see.
Bang led all of us to the top floor where we were immediately met with Atomic Samurai, a middle-aged man donning a red cape and classic samurai garb. He also had a stick of hay in his mouth from who knows where.
Actually, every photo I have seen of Atomic Samurai he has some hay he's chewing on. What is its purpose? Is it the same hay?
I am asking myself too many questions, as the man in question noticed Bang first.
"Oh, Silverfang." Atomic Samurai addressed.
"It's been a while, Atomic Samurai." Bang greeted him in return.
Saitama went to greet him, but I personally didn't want to act strong until it was, like, a really cool shocker moment. They might know about it from the City J thing, but most Class S wouldn't even bother thinking that I am strong considering I lost.
I could have won had I had my head attached to my shoulders.
"I knew you would come." Atomic Samurai laughed lightly.
"And you must be the cyborg Genos and... I don't know who they are." Atomic Samurai continued.
"This is Class B hero Saitama. Saitama's talent is enough to put him atop of Class S one day." Bang introduced Saitama first and nudged me to introduce myself, as was the practice of students of masters.
I bowed to Atomic Samurai, "It's nice to meet you, my name is Fukui, a student of Master Bang." I kept a strict attitude during my introduction.
"Ho? You're Fukui then? My students are currently waiting downstairs, you should make friends later." Atomic Samurai suggested.
Saitama also tried to greet him but was shrugged off. It was clear that Atomic Samurai wasn't paying attention when Bang introduced him.
Atomic Samurai left by himself, actually since Bang knows him I am probably allowed to call him Kamikaze or at the very least Master Kamikaze.
Tatsumaki, the 2nd ranked in S Class tried to get rid of both me and Saitama, but Saitama ignored him, and I let her know that I was following Master Bang.
She let me slide if only barely, but she yelled at Saitama who seemed to be quite good at ignoring people. Must be all that training from listening to monsters list their backstories and then beating them.
I stood behind Bang while Genos and Saitama sat at the end of the long table.
While I was behind Bang, I also moved over to the back right of Bang as to avoid getting too close to Tatsumaki who looked hilariously small compared to the rest of the heroes in here.
We waited for a little while and I could tell a certain child-like individual was getting impatient.
"So? What are we here for?" Bang asked to see if anyone knew.
"Who knows? I had to drop everything and get here and I was kept waiting for 2 hours! Unbelievable!" Tatsumaki complained.
Not too long after said complaint, a group of three individuals entered in suits.
"My name is Sitch, I will be briefing you all on today's meeting, so let's get right down to business." The man in the front with a blond combover started.
The other two behind him never introduced themselves so I will be addressing them as Glasses and Beardo based on their most noticeable trait.
"You heroes are here because you are the best of the best."
Debatable.
"And now..." For dramatic effect, Sitch slammed the high tech table. "We're asking you to save the planet! Even with your skills as Class S heroes, there is no guarantee of survival. Walking away also takes courage, those who wish to leave will remain S Class, but those who stay here and listen to me are not allowed to walk away afterwards."
The speech created some amount of edge, but I also noticed that nearly nobody seemed to care, especially not Tatsumaki.
"You will be confined here to avoid general panic. Are you all willing to hear this?"
I didn't really care to be honest. If there was something they could tell us that could even give Saitama a hard time at all, then we would have been done years ago.
"Whatever the hell's going on it better be worth callin' all of us here. I skipped out on my little sister's piano recital for this." Metal Bat, a yakuza looking hero with a baseball bat, also the 15th ranked Class S, spoke like me when I get annoyed.
"If it's nothin' important I am gonna tear this whole building apart." Metal Bat glared.
"Like you could do that with that stick of yours." Tatsumaki ridiculed.
"Yeah? How 'bout I bust open your head instead!"
"If you think you're able, go ahead and try, pillbug head!"
"Get on with it already, otherwise Sir Pompadour here might end up dead." Flashy Flash, the 13th ranked Class S hero commented.
"Hey you siding with the girls, hairpin?"
That was a rather weak insult.
"The great seer, Madame Shibabawa, is dead!"
The seer? Shibabawa is know for her extremely accurate predictions of threats, several storms and even a few monsters were predicted by her nearly perfectly.
"Was she killed?" Zombieman asked. He was a pale man with a large trench coat over him.
"No." Glasses cut in, "While looking into the future for the next six months, she became agitated and had a coughing fit. She popped a cough drop in and ended up choking on it."
Well, that's a rather unfortunate way to die, poor her.
"I see, so we have to figure out a way to prevent disasters without her help. That's the focus of the meeting." Darkshine, a large dark toned man in a speedo and muscles that reflected any light off them, assumed.
That's a rather narrow-minded way of thinking.
"No. She has only ever predicted a few disasters." Sitch continued talking, but I was distracted by Saitama asking Puri Puri Prisoner about Shibabawa.
This meeting was so boring, I wish I stayed downstairs with Kamikaze's students.
I nearly dozed off when I heard shocked reactions.
"Huh?" My head shot up and I saw the hologram of a piece of paper that said, "the earth is in trouble."
Why are we doing a meeting about something that dumb?
"What? That's so dumb." Child Emperor, a literal child, said.
My thoughts exactly.
"I know you are a child, Child Emperor, but if you cannot grasp the danger, it reveals how immature you still are."
Ah, not my thoughts then.
I didn't realize I had dozed off again, but a rumbling woke me up. I hadn't loosened myself, so I was still just a karate kid.
My sixth sense told me some monsters were attacking the base, but that wasn't what I was focused on.
I was focused on what was above it.
"What the hell is that?"

A/N: Get ready for the next one because it is going to be loooooonnnggg.
I am thinking about making a choose your own adventure story based on this one as well as the old versions of Fukui that I had made before. It will obviously not be on this site, but eh.
