"okay, don't go far in to the woods and don't go in to the inner areas only official magic knights can handle themselves there. do you hear me? " miles

"Miles-San I'm thinking of going to the woods for a year or two for training" mike
"Hmm, now the woods are a dangerous place kid you wouldn't last a day there" miles
"Still I would like go have some practical experience there I believe it would help me very much" mike
"sigh, what a troublesome kid, okay but first I know a friend you will train under him if he says you can at least survive in woods I will allow it if not you can forget it" miles
"Really, thank you so much miles-san" mike

KINGDOM'S KNIGHTS
They are people who don't have much potential to serve as magical knights so instead they were assigned to rural villages to protect them from wild beasts.
And Mike was to the village's knight squad as this squad captain is a friend of miles so Mike was was sent to him for training so he can survive in the woods.
REINHARDT (P.O.V)
*dong* *dong*
"come in"
"sir the person you notified had arrived sir, how shall we proceed" knight
"Bring him to me I will take it from there"
"yes sir"
'sigh, what a drag. How idle is that miles sending kids to me, well that kid, he better have some sense or I won't hesitate to kick him out'
"Sir, he is here" knight
"Dismissed"
'The knight went away.In the room only me and the kid are present, well his physique is not bad and he looks calm and collected,hmm looks like he can be trained and he doesn't looks like a lazy guy'
"Good morning sir ,I work in miles-san house and wants to got to the woods to train he said only if you agree I can go to the woods. so sir can you help me" said the kid bowing while saying the last part
'well at least he know some manners let's see if he can make it through the knight crash course'
"sigh, well my miles sent you I can't just send you back so you will train in knight crash course if you can survive that I will think about it based on your performance"
"yes,captain" he said smiling
'Looks like the new kid will not be so boring'
========= After 6 months ========
"ok, at least now you won't die by doing rookie mistakes and insufficient knowledge.
The book of plants & herbs will help you in picking what to eat and you will have basic knowledge about the area of forest.
And with training you received you can at least run away from dangerous beasts"captain Reinhardt

Through the training Mike was able to gain knowledge regarding the plants and herbs which are poisonous which are edible and in what and environment they will grow.
And he also also has good understanding of the topographical area of the woods and can at least make sure to not to get lost in there.
And being able to train with the village knights he was able to learn many things and the biggest gain he got was the breathing technique of knights and combat experience and systematic training.
As Mike is just a normal person he never trained much in physical department mush less military like training, daily waking up in morning to run 30 km everyday and 1000 push-ups, pull-ups etc.
And this has shown excellent results with this heavy training he developed exponentially. But he always maintained cover and only shown good results.
With soul & body harmony he has amazing control over his strength and high comprehension So the training wasn't a difficult task at all. And the breathing technique is a very useful thing which he got from captain Reinhardt himself.
With this he was able to take the star rebirth to another level combining both techniques which made it more efficient and strong. with this his star force upgraded to a new level making his body improvement rate faster.
After the final goodbyes Mike made his way into the woods.
After walking for a long time he found a suitable cave which he decided will be his base for the coming years in the woods.
